What is the difference between the tombow 4003198501119 @ £3.35 and the same one at £6.35. the reviews states refills come with the 4003198501119

I presume the tombow ending 1119 does not have any refils. I have had my tombow for quite some time and have not refilled it yet. I guess its just down to how much you want to spend in the end. The tombow is a very good eraser if you need precision as it can reach into tight areas.

Do these work with Soft pastels?

To an extent, probably the best option to have the tombow eraser, hard to erase pastels completely

Hi there, I couldn’t find them on amazon either, got mine in eBay, put this in your search: TOMBOW MONO ZERO ERASER REFILL you will find them, quite inexpensive and are fab. Maybe Amazon will have them eventually. Good luck

If your erasing pencil I imagine it would erase off pretty much any hard surface.
