Hello As long as customers purchase our machines, we will always provide technical support.

Do i have a bad unit because the LCD displays shows .6 volt different from what in measured at the inverter terminals. ?

no,mine is the same. the direct battery voltage reading will be a little different from the display inside the inverter due to a slight drop across the resistance of the inverter display

In the descrition, Item 1: it says it's 2000W continuous power, and on item 9: it says it's 1500W. Which one is correct for the 2000W 12V inverter?

Pure sine Wave 2000w Power Inverter (Peak Power 4000W) LCD-Display dc 12v to 110v 120V ac rv Converter (DC12V (Range 10V-15V) 2000W)

Can I use 1200w 36v solar panels directly connected to the inverter instead of battery bank?

Yes IF you use a buck mode switching pwr supply between the inverter & solar panels to give a stable supply to the inverter over a solar range input of say 40v to 200 volts. MH
