It does the job
I love this stuff. My cats don't. It seems to have lost a little of its effectiveness however it still does the job.

Tired it, didn't work for me.
This may work for you but did nothing for my cat. So, my indoor cat went out the doggy door and was MIA for18 days. When he came back he had the thousand-yard stare of a man who as seen some $h1t. He also came back with an annoying habit of wanting to go outside and use the planter boxes as his own earthy litter box. While I was quite alright with it, the boss was highly agitated at him kicking over the bricks that make up the planter and digging out the soil. I figure hey there has to be a product that will deter him from doing these shenanigans. I bought the Nature’s Mace product praying it would keep Gus(the cat) from tearing things up, and my wife (the boss) from flipping her $h1t every time it happened. So after getting the bottle(thank you amazon for fast as heck shipping) and shaking the heck out of the solution inside I went out to spray down the box. This box is aprox 3’ by 2’, and as I said made up of rough bricks. The first couple of spays had me thinking it was just a cinnamon solution, however a far worse smell was coming. Have you ever been around a realy REALLY old person, the kind with bad dentures and really bad halitosis? Ok now give that person a couple of sticks of Big Red gum and let them chew for a few, then have them exhale on you. That smell is the smell of this product. As the odor drove me from that corner of the garden I thought ‘Holy $h1t, this has to work!’ Sadly, I was very wrong. That very day Gus climbed right back into the box and wreaked havoc on the planter. Then promptly came in the house with feet that smelled like he had tromped through a crap covered cinnamon patch. In the end I ended up putting a thick layer of lava rocks over the planter soil to keep him out.

Mixed results on use.
The product seems to work after initial application, but the longevity is very weak. Either the cats become accustomed to the smell over time, or the product entirely loses its potency quickly. To note I sprayed every other day for a week. And less cats did appear on furniture.. however, the last day I was spraying, a cat literally walked onto my porch. Seemed to not even phase it. Results may vary, but not 100% effective in my opinion.

Doesn't stop kit from peeing and pooping in your yard
Have to continue to reapply is really not worth the money because it doesn't stop the cat from coming back he don't go back to the place where he originally pooped but he will go to another place so you have to constantly reapply over and over I don't know anything else that will stop a cat from coming in your yard other than letting the neighbor know that the cat is destroying the plant when your vegetables in your yard and if they don't stop I guess you have to get the court system involved but this stuff it don't work if it rain you got to go back out there and do it and they don't put enough in the container for two and three applications

THIS STUFF WILL AMAZE YOU
I have had an issue with stray cats coming on my back porch for months now. I have a camera set up so i can see any activity day or night, it started with 1, i didn't mind it, it was cute and furry. i was actually going to start feeding it until i saw another one, then it turned into 3. i even posted on my Ring neighborhood feed asking if anyone were the owners because they literally came every single night regularly. i just had to set up a barricade to keep them off so i can come up with a plan to keep them away for good since they were spraying all over the place. I did my research, didn't want to harm them and read that coffee grounds would deter them so i scattered those around, i ordered something called a scat mat, (they jumped right over that ) and i was getting the grounds from the neighbor, i was sick of everything i was doing, not working. I was obsessed with getting rid of these cats, every single night i would see them on my camera and get more determined to find something that would work! Finally i ordered this. it seemed like a good value for the money, it had a guarantee on it (you can't beat that) I followed the directions.....sprayed the entire area where they could enter my porch, the banisters and the sidewalk leading up to the porch and the next morning i looked at the camera and we did not have 1 visitor that night. for 1 week you have to spray each day, i probably over sprayed since i was sick of them so i ordered a lot more for future, but then after the first week, you only have to spray once a week or something like that. The bottle is a good size, the nozzle is easy to use, comes out in stream or spray ( i love that feature ) super easy to use and i am 100 percent certain if you a similar issue as I do, you wont be disappointed. This product actually does what it says it is going to do, i have not had 1 cat on my porch for 3 nights in a row! Not many products do what they claim to do or have that guarantee. i love this stuff!!

Doesn't work
I found this to be a waste of money. I should have tried to return it when I had the chance. If I sprayed multiple times a day, it potentially kept the cats away from my plants. They would walk up and smell and walk away. But if it was a couple of hours later then it didn't stop them. I also tried spraying it on my throw rugs so that they wouldn't use them for scratch pads, but it didn't stop them even for a minute. I also know that it doesn't erase any previous spraying because my dog would walk up and spray after them and after I cleaned and resprayed the Mace. I did finally find something that completely removed the previous scent because I now use that and my dog doesn't pee around the house anymore. The stuff I bought was specifically for removing urine.

Cats Returned
I am sorry to say, that this product did not work to resolve my cat problem. I followed all the instructions and I used it for over seven days, in fact I used it until it all ran out but the cats kept returning every night on my lawn and driveway and not only did they return but they brought their kittens with them, so now I have even more cats and kittens too. I am wondering if this isn't mislabeled and it's actually "Cat Attractant Spray" LOL. Sorry but this stuff does not keep the cats away or train them not to come over and lie on my porch, porch furniture, lawn or drive way. To make matters worse, now the cats have found their way into my car port and I have found cat footprints all over my hood. I don't know how to get the rid of them and I fear that soon my new car will be full of cat scratches all over its hood and roof. The damage will be astronomical. This so called "Cat Repellent Spray", does not work on Florida cats.

Works well but..
It has a very strong and irritating smell and the liquid is yellow so stains light fabrics easily. But it does the job really well.
