Genuine product, in my case it will hold 15inch laptop. Little bit expensive, but hopefully it will last. Backpack keeps it's shape and shame that shoulder straps are not longer, but probably this is due to size of it.

Very happy with my kanken bag. At first it was quite stiff but that doesn't last long and now it's like a normal bag, although it does hold its shape which is nice.I bought mine through a shop in London and verified on their website as well before ordering on amazon to make sure it was genuine. I've seen a lot of bags around with dodgy descriptions, sizes etc so I would double check the seller and items to make sure it's a genuine bag.

This is a good sized bag which fits a 13 inch laptop perfectly and has lots of useful pockets to carry all you need. However, I took this bag on holiday twice, and both times the colouring of the bag melted onto my clothing in the heat and ruined my clothes! This was pretty disappointing, especially considering how expensive the product is! I do not recommend. If you are looking for a good quality, multipurpose bag, look elsewhere.

The product arrived earlier than expected, I really like it, there were no faults whatsoever and it was a genuine bag, highly recommended.
