I got this because I researched a bit and found that vitamin A is essential for dry skin and I hoped taking it would help my eczema. I noticed a major difference in just 3 days. My skin, all of my skin looks and feels so much better. The only issue is after 3 days I had difficulty taking it as the taste is very unpleasant. It doesn't make me gag or anything, just kind of nasty. Liquid fish. So I started putting it into an avocado paste I make every morning. I highly suggest putting it in food. You don't notice the flavor at all. Oatmeal (after cooked), avocado, mash potatoes, steamed veggies, yogurt. I think you could put a tablespoon of this in almost anything and not be bothered by the flavor. It does actually have a very mild flavor, just gross straight on. It has helped my skin so much. My lotion actually does something. I don't need to apply as much skin care, and my eczema breakouts are far less than they were. I highly recommend for good skincare. (I just want to clarify, take it orally for skincare, don't apply directly to skin.)

I bought the unflavored variety, and yes, it's very fishy...but then it IS the oil of a fish, isn't it? It doesn't smell rancid to me, just fishy. I have to laugh at people who complain because it tastes fishy. What is it supposed to taste like - SQUIRREL? :-D That said, I bought it for my cats' skin and coats. I just received it and started using it yesterday. They aren't all thrilled about the taste, as I give it to them via syringe and they aren't used to it. However, the ones that do like fish are OK with it, and I think the others will adjust. I'll try to update this with the effect on their skin and coats later.

Like that it has some Vitamin E, a good amount of Vitamin D3, but not too much Vitamin A.

I know this product has great vitamin content and quality… You can expect the taste to be like liquid fish… Lemon flavored versions can be found, but I would rather just get the healthy product and stop adulterating foods or supplements with additives. I do not need. I have felt a greater energy level and taking a capful/teaspoon daily certainly helps. Of course, it’s easy to use and I never suffer any stomach upset from it. I feel the quality is Premium and recommend it highly.

We consume Cod Liver Oil on a daily basis, and we also give this to our dogs to supplement their Omega-3 fatty acids consumption.

l have been taking this for a year and had no sickness of any kind. l used to sick all the time with everything.

I like it. I barely has any taste and that's great. A bit pricey but what isn't these days.
