Been using Berocca for years. Amazing boost in the morning, great for helping with illness and fantastic for a hangover.This is the cheapest pack that I've found on the internet for getting them in bulk.

NOTE - this doesn't contain vitamin D, which is highly recommended by the NHS and needs to be taken separately.Great balance of vitamins. Tastes good and is very effective. Easy to use - we take one in the morning upon waking. It has very noticeable reduced the amount of colds we get.Can't be taken with iron as Berocca has magnesium which competes with iron for absorption. We take iron separately 2h later.It does make your pee / urine a more fluorescent yellow but that's a good sign! It means your body has absorbed exactly how much Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) it needs and it gets rid of the rest in your urine.

I am happy that I can now purchase Berocca in Canada. I was introduced to this supplement several years ago by a relative. I do not take Berocca on a daily basis.
