For a while, I had been researching different gluten-free grains that I could add to my diet; particularly a gluten-free grain that is high in protein. I just so happened to stumble across fonio. I’ve read from various sources that this grain contains a healthy amount of amino acids (the building block of proteins), iron, vitamins, and minerals. So, I decided to give it a try. I have no complaints at all. It’s extremely delicious and versatile. I eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. I tried the recipe located on the back and it tastes great! I love the fact that this brand of fonio is pre-washed and pre-cooked, which cuts prep and cooking time down significantly. I’m also happy that I didn’t receive expired grains. I will definitely purchase again!

I honestly never knew that I could mix fonio with salad together, so I tried lanfala's recipe on the back of package and it came up very nice. I loved it a lot and it was so delicious. Fonio is a very light dish, extremely healthy and recommended for people who are struggling with their weight or on a diet. Lanfala fonio is the easiest dish to cook which took me 3 minutes to make after a long day of work, it is perfect for my children for breakfast or dinner. In contrast to other dishes that could take several hours to fix. I have purchased and eaten so many fonios before but when I tried lanfala fonio, the taste was different than others and it was very clean and FRESH. Well done. So I highly recommend lanfala's fonio to everyone and I can't wait to try lanfala flour to make waffles for children for breakfast.

heard about this amazing, healthy and nutritious grain through a co-worker. He recommended the brand Lanfala because it is the cleanest, fresh and the easiest to prepare on the market. this fonio grain IS super easy and quick to fix too!!!! There’s a recipe on the back of the package and there’s even a video!!! It took 3 minutes to fix and everything came out right as I wanted it. I HIGHLY recommend this product from this brand, it’s really delicious. Cant wait to try out their other products too!

This is so simple to prepare and it is delicious and filling in a salad. I haven't experimented with it too much yet, but it can easily work as a quinoa substitute. I hope the price comes down, it is awfully expensive. My tummy felt great after I ate it in a salad/dinner.

I have been eating fonio for years and this is by far the easiest to make and the cleanest I’ve had thus far. Usually it will take at least a couple of hours to make a dish with fonio with the multiple rinsing and cooking but the product in this package comes already FRESH and CLEAN and could be ready in minutes.. Additionally it is delicious whether you use it as a replacement for rice or use the recipes found on the seller’s website. I highly recommend it

Great stuff I love it I stopped eating gluten a while ago and I tried this grain absolutely fabulous I make it for a side dish with my meal for dinner and I have it for breakfast in the morning I like savory Foods I prepare this and it puts me in the mind of grits but very lightweight it's absolutely the best can make mini recipes with this it's not gritty it's very soft and it just melts in your mouth and very easy to prepare and quick

I was looking for another carb alternative so i tried this. Not good. Smelled strange like dirt. It smelled so bad i never wanted to try again. Do not buy.

This product is great! It is high in protein and low in carbs and cooks very easily. I have tried making salads and they come out real good. The ease of cooking and the freshness of the product is remarkable. I sometimes use this as a substitute for rice and eat with lentils or vegetables. It cooks great in the microwave. I would recommend for others to try this!!
