Having suffered with symptoms of leaky gut for years, I read that I should be taking L-Glutamine to help repair some of the damage. I can already feel a difference after a few weeks of taking these. My problem was that my leaky gut had caused an autoimmune response and I was experiencing lots of food sensitivities. Particularly to gluten, which now I’m able to eat in small amounts. This, coupled with daily kefir is really making a difference.I always chose Solgar for my supplements because I know that I can trust them and that they are a good quality. With the cheaper alternatives I worry about the contents. I’ll be buying more and continuing to use them to heal my gut

I got these to help with c section recovery, it helps with gut function and the immune system. Great product, arrived on time and I believe it really helps with recovery.

You don't notice the effects of the tablets when you are on them but I did notice a difference when I was not taking them. I felt quite energised and I wasn't struggling so much with those last reps in the gym whilst taking them regularly. Overall good product!

I used to take Glutamine a lot for soreness/aches after working out in capsule form and powder and when I would take it, the next day I wouldn't be sore - it was miraculous!For some reason taking these pills, I have not gotten many benefits or effect from them. I am still pretty much the same in soreness the next day. I even too up to 2 or 3 (only 1 is recommended a day on the package), and it's not that effective... not sure why?!

Order came quickly! I am on medication which gives me sugar cravings and I did some Googling and found out these are supposed to reduce sugar cravings, I didn’t want to try the powder as taking a tablet is much easier, I took four to five or these a day in the morning and they did stop me craving sugar as much as I did before. Easy to swallow will buy again

After researching the benefits on the controversial issue of l glutamine and the benefits it has on autistic children, I took the plunge and it's the best thing I ever did. My son is now speaking, asking questions and is much more in our world as such. L gluamine can not be used for ever but I hope my son will proceed to thrive in his new found world after use x
