As far as I'm aware, this is genuine. However, be mindful, they need to be on for hours each day and they will 'melt' so they need to be placed on a protective surface of some kind in case they salt does damage. Hope this helps. BTW they are very effective. Don't know if they create calmness but they do look nice when on.

Does this lamp include a bulb

Yes a 15w bulb, however I swoped mine out for a 7w cooker bulb and it gives it a more warming glow

Can I only leave it on for 3 hours a week ?? I wanted to use it everyday ?

Mine is on for several hours every day until I go to bed. I don’t leave it on overnight

No, just a simple on and off switch. It’s not a bright light anyway so does not need a dimmer.
