These are amazing!! I was skeptical of them but wanted to try something without peroxide! Something with more natural ingredients and wouldn't make my teeth so sensitive afterwards! Not only do they not hurt, but they work so well! After a week of use my teeth are super white again! I started with them mildly yellow! Only wish they would stay a little more but they stay well enough! I'm never buying any other white strips again!!

Just apply the strips to top and bottom teeth leave for 30 mins and peel off. I did have residual left on my teeth but it was nothing brushing them didn’t get off.
