Great tool
Used it to remove the oil filter on my 8.9 L Cummins engine with 3.5 inch filter. The serrated fingers grabbed the round filter firmly and I was able to loosen it with a little effort. Worked perfectly. Excellent quality material and seems like it should last a long time.

This product greatly helps in getting my wife’s oil filter off because it’s in a very tight location. Works great!

Crazy good wrench
I am old enough to have moved from metal strap wrenches to leather strap wrenches to coil spring wrenches to multi sided specially sized sockets. After allowing the dealer to do my oil changes for a few years and selling many of my tools, I went back to doing my own. (Long story there.) Anyway, this is the best thing I have ever used. Compact, amazing grip, covers a range of common sizes. SOLD!!

Removed Stuck Oil Filter
I have never had an oil filter get stuck on an engine until recently. Oil was applied to gasket prior and tightened by hand only. Traditional removal tools did not work. This tool made quick work of removing the filter! Grabbed hold and did not slip.

Worked exactly as I was hoping it would?
While conducting the 50 hour service on a new tractor I ran into a problem trying to remove one of the hydraulic filters. After utilizing an enclosed filter socket, which kept slipping, I reverted to the more traditional style wrench, which has teeth. The problem with this as most know, is that it will ultimately damage the filter, which is just what happened. As what I thought was a last resort, I drove a heavy duty screw driver clean through the bottom for better leverage and once again the filter wouldn't budge. It did end up ripping the filter housing, causing considerable damage. I was almost ready to have my dealer come pick up the tractor when I discovered the 3 prong filter wrenches and decided to try one out. Fortunately I picked the correct one when going with the WORKPRO. Unlike some of the others, the WORKPRO expanded enough enabling it to fit on the large tractor filters. The filter was so badly damaged at this point that I had serious doubts that it would grip it well enough to work without slipping. This is a well built heavy duty tool that worked smooth as butter. One factor worth mentioning is that I used a breaker bar with this wrench while also utilizing and extra set of hands to hold the wrench tightly in place on the filter. This will definitely become my goto wrench for now on!

This WORKPRO Worked Perfectly om my Maserati
WORKPROS adjustable Oil Filter Wrench is very versatile. My Maserati is Very Tight to remove WORKPRO reduced my $800 Oil change to $120. It works on my other vehicles also, Gears are solid, and so is it's quality. Great for those complex oil filter removals.

Great tool, handles large diameter, not SUPER DUTY - COMMERCIAL DUTY
Tool was great for a 5 1/4" diameter hub that I was looking to unthread. On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is SUPER DUTY or COMMERCIAL DUTY, I would give it a 7. The 3 screws that hold it all together are tiny and are the weakest link. They ultimately failed and I ended up drilling them out and replacing with through bolted 12-24 bolts and lock washers. This moved the SUPER DUTY - COMMERCIAL DUTY to about a 9. The next thing to fail would be the teeth on the center drive. Overall I would highly recommend it and if it's just being used on large oil filters it should be fine even with the 3 little screws.

Works perfect.
I am a 310T apprentice and needed a filter wrench like this badly. It is much more efficient and quick to get the Lf14009nn off now.

Almost great
Its a very solid unit, the fingers are very grippy. The only real flaw is the thickness of said fingers. If your filter housing is close to the block (or other casting) - you might have issues.I used this on my LS, and... it's a touch too tight. :( You can still use it, but it's awkward as you can only get about a 1/16th of a turn and then have to reposition. If you run a long filter that extends down more you'd probably clear the block though. Next will be a 4200 Atlas, on an extension - should be great for that one that's usually hard to reach.

would have been nice if it worked
I have a 2007 toyota tundra 4.7 V8 so not a smaller oil filter than most cars on the road. the tool was too small to grip the filter and dont see how it could work in my case where it was stuck and could'nt be removed by hand since the claws are angled out and not making contact along the filter. How could it have more strenght if the contact is not good. if it had the space to tighten with the filter, would not recommend for automotive applications
