Iron and Ironing Board Holder Chrome Storage Rack

This is a great product but I had to guess if the ironing board would fit. It does after a little bending of the hooks and as it's on the back of a door that's fine but you should be aware that if your ironing board doesn't have a bar like the one shown in the picture then you may struggle. Also it would help to have a cable tidy for the iron. I'm very pleased with this product. Bought it to replace a similar ironing board holder that was starting to look shabby. My old one was white coloured made from steel wire coated in a sort of white plastic vinyl. After years of use and probably sunlight the vinyl went brittle and broke off revealing rusty metal. I'm hoping this new holder, being a chromed type finish won't suffer the same fate. The new one came with 4 screws and wall plugs but I've used my own screws (a bit bigger so I just used 2, seems a bit over the top using 4 screws for this). I would think the holder will fit most irons and boards. The board hangs on 2 large hooks so as long as your board has splayed out legs it will work. It looks ok hanging on my utility room wall. Price is very competitive so I highly recommend this item.

This will be the thrid one of these that I've bought in the various houses/flats I've owned/rented over the last 4 years. I've also tried a couple of the more expensive products that do the same thing. While the other ones looked nicer they do exactly the same job (no better or no worse) and as it's unlikely that you'll have your ironing board and iron mounted on display, so why pay more?

Very easy to put up. However my iron was too big to fit upright so i had to turn it upside down and found that water kept on leaking from my iron. But i found a soloution i put ducktape where the water was seaping out from.

It's so easy to use

Attached easily to the back of a door with fittings which were provided.Was a bit tight for my iron but a small amount of persuasion the iron fitted perfectly.Very happy with it and would recommend.

It came quickly, well packaged and strong. However, our ironing board does not have the same cross bar and the ironing board in the picture, so the ironing board does not fit the fixture well, it’s difficult to put in and lays on top of the iron, so not really a space saver. Check your board first.

Easy to install and does its job well. It Helps to keep the press neat and tidy and saves space.
