If you have multiple kids and want this thing to last you forever, get this. Seriously. I’d been delaying myself in getting one of these. I don’t know why. I have four young kids hitting growth spurts and shoes seem to be the biggest mystery with their exact size. It was perfect figuring out their sizes, and it has sizes for toddler to adult, so it will last forever if I keep it safe. I think that alone is worth the money I spent on it so I don’t have to buy another one later on. It’s so easy to use, the kid just needs to hold still for four seconds while you slide the thing to their big toe.

Bought for my growing daughter so I know what size shoes to buy. Saves money and frustration. For us it’s been perfect!

Im gonna say that if you see any negative reviews its because some people....meaning whoever is operating the device doesn't read or know how to use it. Your size is identified by the arrows. I already knew what my entire family sizes were. I only purchased to keep track of my 9 and 6 year old sizes. They grow rapidly. This device had everyone sizes correct with 100% accuracy. So if you get the wrong size its because you didn't use the right chart or you took the size from the end of your toe and not the arrow. Wish it was a little more sturdy but overall a helpful device.

If you understand what the device is doing, you can easily understand how to read it. Here is what you do: 1. It measures your foot in centimeters: it measures the distance from the back of your heel to the front of your toe. That is the wide piece measurement. Mine is 27.5. 2. The device then converts the centimeter measurement of your foot length into shoe sizes by adding a standard distance to the small pointer in the little square. That standard length is different for men, women and children. So you simply look at the pointer in the square toward the front of the device and read the number that corresponds to who you are (man, woman, or child) . The device simply adds the standard amount of room that recommended (which appears to be about 5 mm maybe 6 mm for men) and that points to your size. So for example, this measured my foot at about 27.2 cm and that corresponds to a size 10 1/2 US. People who use the actual centimeter measurement of their feet of course are going to size themselves about two sizes too small. The comments that say it is not an accurate measurement or just ridiculous. The scale is obviously consistent. You can check the printed part with your own centimeter stick. The only part of the device that does not contain printed numbers corresponds to the first 9 cm, so if you want to check that length, just take a 10 cm thin plastic stick, straw, or piece of string and put it in the device. You will find that the distance is indeed 10 cm and matches the measurement on the device. As far as durability and value go, this is a plastic device, so use your head (or your foot actually). If you want the quality of metal, pay $70 more. My actual only criticism of this device is that it has no explanation or directions like those I just figured out and explained an excruciating detail.. If the manufacturer were super smart, they would print a little QR code tag that explains how the device works.

It’s accurate, not sure theres are bad reviews. But mine works great. I used it on myself, my 10 year old, 7 seven year old and 1 yr old and it was all accurate

Idk, I checked all the descriptions and instructions, reviews, and everything. To me the arrows doesn’t work, bc they are showing way bigger size than it is really is. My left foot is a bit bigger than right, which it shows correctly. But I wear 9-9.5, and it’s not tight, and the device show I need to have 9.5-10. Same is my wife. So I don’t find it accurate. But this device is easy to use, pretty straightforward, and it especially helps to measure the foot for my toddler. That was the idea why we bought it, but now I’m not sure if I can trust it.

One of the best purchases if you have children whose feet size seems to change weekly. I use to hate going into the shoe store dealing with talking, waiting etc. only to have their foots sized. Now i can strictly shop online. No more talking, waiting or walking. The accuracy is point on and have saved me from buying 2-3 pairs of the same shoe, different sizes and returning.

muh, thin plastic, the size standard isn't really accurate, it is US size but according to this I am a 10 when I know that I am a 10.5 the only good thing is the metric scale on it, then I just use that as a point of reference to find my size in the correct standard. Useful but not great
