I am using this pre workout regularly, every month. And I am fully satisfied with the product. It gives the kick that is required and I go to gym at morning time. It gives that energy focus and the creatine within it gives that extra strength that is required for an intense workout. My workout goes usually 2 to 2.5 hrs. In morning. Don't buy this just Because it is cheap! It is of no use it does nothing! No change in body like a pre workout and the taste is like you will start vomiting i am not joking! Again I will say this is not a pre workout as I have used this! Don't buy!

I am Surprised that there are so many Reviews about the Bad Taste. I never felt that the Taste was Bad. It tastes like Blueberry and Not everyone likes that flavour to begin with. Quality: However, it didn’t feel like a Pre-Workout either and i even fell asleep after taking it.

Pathetic pre work out product. No mental alertness, no focus, Doesn't get that strength, which normally a good pre workout product gives. Work on your product combination, the current ones SUCKS. Long way to go....
