these ear plugs are good but they hurt my ears a little bit as i have very small ear canals for them to fit in my ear properly. but when i do where them you can still hear music and voices but its clearer and no background disturbance

I have misophonia - a noise sensitivity disorder. Noise can be so painful and cause such a painful emotional and physical reaction in my mind and body - there have been times in life that I haven't been able to sit down to eat with family members, or have had to get off public transport, or leave shared hotel rooms in the middle of the night, or just grind my teeth and clench my fists at a stupid little sound - it's incredibly frustrating and always horribly uncomfortable.The reason why I write all of that is that in the many years of looking for things that will mitigate the issue, these earplugs have been by fair and above the best solution.Best points:- Nobody can see them, unless you point them out they are practically invisible - I can wear them in a restaurant and nobody knows that I'm wearing them.- They are AMAZING at blocking out background noise, without totally removing the main sounds. I can hear people speak, but I can't hear the little background noises that trigger my sound sensitivity. I can sit at a meal with my family and not feel intense rage or discomfort at the sound of people eating. I can't tell you how nice this is.I have bought 3 pairs in the last 6 months or so, because I use them often and have dropped or lost them and they are worth the price. 100%.Appreciate that most people don't suffer from noise sensitivity, and I'm sure that these are great for you too, but if there is anyone who either identifies as having misophonia, or who hates the sounds of people breathing, eating, chewing gum, laughing etc... and is looking at these as a potential solution then I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolute waste of money. No noise reduction whatsoever. The positive reviews amaze me!

Not sure that really are up to containing noisentropic levels at rock gigs
