This product is excellent for helping with a fatty liver or high liver enzymes. My boyfriend has never drank alcohol in his life, however from taking OTC pain medication, i.e. ibuprofen, aspirin, Tylenol, etc. he now is suffering from high liver enzymes. I drink spearmint tea at least 3-4 times a week, steeping it for 10 minutes before I do. It has helped with reducing facial hair for me but I didn't have a big problem with this. I think the fact that it helps to regulate hormone levels is a plus though, as long as someone is not ignoring a bigger issue that should be discussed with a health care professional.
