I really like Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother’s Milk Women’s Tea. It has a mild, pleasant taste and helped gently support my milk supply. I love that it’s organic and caffeine-free—perfect for breastfeeding moms!

I like the taste of it, I add a little honey and sugar. I drank it for three days 2 to 3 times a day and the third day my milk came in strong. Since then I have had a healthy supply of milk. I had to stop drinking the tea in fear I would become engorged.

Great during pregnancy not sure how much more beneficial of taking this was but was helpful, felt relaxing with favorable taste.

Could not find this in the grocery store so ordered here. Taste is good, slight licorice but not bad. I enjoy being able to have something to calm me and hopefully help with the milk supply.

Tastes and smells really good and was just what I was looking for! Drank in during pregnancy, not sure if it really helped that much but it became part of my night routine and helped me calm down for bed. Brewed it according to instructions and it was great by itself, even better with some cranberry juice and pineapple juice. I still drink it from time to time.
