Love this soup maker so easy to use , recipes are on line so you can produce delicious soups .

The soup maker arrived within 24 hours and was safely packaged. It looks good in our kitchen and am pleased to report that it is really easy to make lovely, nourishing soups in really quick time. The art is in the preparation of the vegetables and other ingredients. We have delicious soups regularly now and all the better for it. It is so easy to use and quick. Very happy to recommend.

Easy to use, good product and price.

This is a wonderful machine and makes wonderful soupd in around 30 mins. Highly recommended

After a couple of months the soup maker started cutting out and showing the error "E1". The product info says that this is because it has been filled above the max line, but it has not. Even when filled up to the min line it cuts out. It's a great shame as prior to this it made great soup. You can rectify this by lifting the lid and wiping the sensor, but after the 5th time of doing this it becomes very frustrating and defeats the object of what is meant to be a labour saving device. I'd avoid this product as it seems very unreliable. It's past its warranty so there is nothing I can do now.

Easy to clean, good size, works well, bit noisy when it starts up with the blade, heat level is perfect, would certainly recommend.

I never ever write reviews but I felt I needed to for this. Firstly, the machine arrived with bright and large QR code stickers on it which when you try to remove they come off in tiny bits leaving the sticky back on the machine which looks awful. Secondly, I filled it to the MAX fill line but what isn’t stated is that actually that line is not max fill it is “cannot boil over” so I had to take a lot of my soup mix out to allow for boiling! Very frustrating when you buy this for ease and also trying to do a recipe to serve 4. This definitely only does enough soup in one go to serve 2 decent size bowls which meant I had to half my recipe and do it twice! Awkward. It’s nice looking, inoffensive on the kitchen side and a nice size but I would only recommend if you’re a single person using it and you don’t want to make a large amount to serve in one go or freeze like me. All in all it did what it said it was going to and made a lovely smooth soup as I opted for and once I had the hang of it and the measurements it was quick and easy.

Purchased this item, electric plug does not fit in Australian outlets, now going through the process of returning the item which is a pain!
