FALCON BIRD DETERRENT/SCARER/DECOY GARDEN/POND PATIO

Bought this after checking out other customer recommendations on Amazon as we are having problems with birds eating the dog's food on our terrace and making a right old mess pooping all over the place and especially in the dog's water bowls (yeurgh!). Strapped the Falcon to the railing yesterday morning with my sceptical husband looking on pulling a face and hey presto, not a dickie bird to be seen - result! Whether the feathered fiends will work out that it's just a plastic fake or not time will tell but so far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed otherwise hubby will be off down the "told you so" route ........

A nice garden ornament that is supposed to deter larger birds Some of the crows and jackdaws have now realised the falcon does not chase them off However it adds something to your garden and is fun to look at

That didn't look ugly, but neither did it seem to affect the blasted pigeons. The faux hawk is still in my tree but so are the real pigeons…

I bought this while not really expecting it to work, surely a plastic Peregrine Falcon isn't going to fool the local doves, right? Wrong! I was planning to fix it to the roof of my shed but the weather was awful when the falcon arrived so I simply placed it in my kitchen window, in view of the crowd of doves which congregate at the top of my garden. Within a couple of days I noticed that I was no longer hearing the incessant 'cooing' which is normal for my area. It appears that the falcon has really scared them all away! The continuous noise these doves make drives me potty, so I'm very pleased that my pet falcon is doing his job.

this falcon bird is VERY disappointing as the birds come and sit beside it in my garden. I bought it to deter the birds from pecking at my plants and it is a complete waste of money as it does not do what you claim it does. I have cemented it to a large rock to stop it from moving otherwise I would certainly return it to you and ask for a refund. Will you credit me for this please as it DOES NOT DO WHAT YOU CLAIM IT DOES - AS A BIRD DETERRENT ?????

Bought this to try and stop pigeon landing the product is too light bit like an empty plastic bottle yes fill it with something but the hole in the bottom doesn't have a stopper sorry I bought it lesson learned

I was not happy that my order did not arrive when it was supposed to - from Thursday 25th to Monday 29th June as I tried to be at home between thosedays. However it arrived yesterday 2nd July. I am very pleased with the hawks and today my husband put one in the garden and it certainly kept the crows at bay. They are much bigger than I thought and I am sure they will do the trick.

Or perhaps it worked on the bird-feeding obsessed neighbor? I have no issue with feeding birds, but the only birds that ever turned up in the garden my flat overlooks were flying rats,,,,OOops,,,pigeons. Pigeons do not take off or land they CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP on take off or final approach. I guess their wings clap together. 20 at a time, 4am in the summer, clapping off, waking me up every time they got frightened away by who knows what. Five minutes later all 20 start to clap land back. If not clapping constantly, coo-cooo-cooo, no chance of sleep after the sun was up. With this on my balcony overlooking the garden of the person who fed the winged and tailed rats the flying ones have gone, and she now longer puts food out for the ones with tails, who have now also gone. I do not know if it frightened her into not putting food waste on her patio, or frightened away the birds causing her to stop trying to feed them. But it worked.

A me sta funzionando.posizionato nelle collonnine della ringhiera della terrazza che da su un grande albero, gli uccelli da circa 1 mese non si avvicinano più. È necessario zavorrarlo perchè essendo troppo leggero il vento lo farebbe cadere. Ciò si può fare inserendo all 'interno ( dal buco con tappo che c'è sulla base) sabbia o piombo.

Non so se i volatili della mia zona sono più intelligenti, ma a loro questo adorabile falchetto non ha fatto minimamente paura. L'oggetto di per se è molto carino e decorativo, meglio che in foto.
