Bought these for hubby as a gift. Of sorts. I don't really eat this kind of thing, so a full size jar tends to go to waste, as he also eats this infrequently. Thought these would be perfect for when he wants one and they'd keep longer as he probably only eats this once a week. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Flavour is very good (apparently). He spread this over 3 slices, relatively thinly, so I think I would say each jar would easily cover 2 slices of bread. No idea if they are good value, but they will save us food waste, so I was happy with purchase and will buy again.
