Tried may others and always return to this, live in a hard water area and these keep everything { iron, kettle, steamer } looking and acting like new, simple to use and so far have never let me down

Supplied next day. Each box has three sachets so 9 applications possible. Followed the instructions and visibly there is no fizzing of activity inside the kettle. However after 8 mins and pouring out the majority of limescale was removed. A light abrasive sponge removed the rest. Wear gloves as although it looks a clear liquid it can burn the skin quickly. Great value for money good strength and will use on other appliances as required.

The kettle descale packet arrived with the actual product packets in the the grey bag smashed flat. Luckily they did not leak
