It’s good and as pictured, has the usual issue that the point where the handle meets the ceramic catches hair a little bit but that’s the case with all these brushes.

Well it must be ok as my fussy daughter hasn’t complained about it

The brush is fine but I expected it to be better after reading the reviews. I don't necessarily see anything wrong with it. My hair has got tangled once or twice but probably my own fault. Three stars coz I wouldn't say it's the best brush I've ever used but it is fine.

This is the second time I have purchased this brush. The first one lasted years and when I broke the handle I couldn't cope so had to get a new one immediately - arrived within 24hrs perfect. The brush beats with the use of a hairdryer without getting too hot and it retains heat so you do not have to hold the hairdryer near your neck continuously just get it in position heat the brush, switch off hairdryer and hold brush in place until required look achieved. Repeat all round until your style is complete. It doesn't take long and as you are not blowing your hair the whole time less damage . Perfect purchase

I checked the reviews before I made my purchase on this brush and thought, okay, give it a try as my hair gets very frizzy after a blow dry, ordered it Saturday and came on Sunday, very fast service, well packaged as well so tried it straight away and yes, the brush does a real great job, the handle is so soft that it doesn't hurt your fingers, so smooth and one thing I realised is that, usually, the space between handle and a "normal" brush grab's your hair and pulls it which hurts so much but this one doesn't do that and the hair becomes so smooth as well, you'll definitely see the difference on your first try, will buy it one more as my spare.
