A very small pop up book that could have been better
a small pop up bookthe first page is just a picture of the houses in a street with roof tops and the Eiffel tower and Notre Dame in the backgroundThe first pop up is of the Arc De Triomphe and road, the next pop up is the pipes of the pompidou centre.the next is the Eiffel tower which is goodthe next is a pile of macrons, which is pointlessthe next is the windmill of the Moulin Rouge, with the sails going round as you open it.the next is a Gargoyle on the Notre Dame which is good.the back page is part of a map of paris with no details except the river Notre dame, Eiffel Tower, Arch and the windmill. It is ok as a momento but the pop ups could have been better

Thinking as it was a "lonely planet " book it was bound to b good, how wrong was I the word pathetic springs to mind, very disappointed in fact it went straight into the bin,I have had many lonely planet travel books and found them very good, so why couldn't they do a better job of a children's book!!.

V poor.
Should be made clear this is suitable for small children. I thought this was an illustrated childrens guide book to paris. It has 7 pages and minimal writing. Pretty rubbish tbh. Lol up kids to me suggests 5-8yr kids more accurate description would be pop up toddlers!
