Vitamin B3 Powder 100g - Non Flush (Nicotinamide/Niacinamide)

I use this company anytime I need vitamin etc. They post items out very quickly, are always excellent quality and value for money. I have purchased this to make a Niacinamide Toner, which works beautifully because the powder is so fine that it dissolves instantly. As a result this would also be perfect for consumption. I was looking for a niacinamide pure powder with extremely minimal impurities to mix with my skincare. After contacting their customer service for more information I was convinced this is what I was looking for! I've been using this everyday for 2-3 days. I've added some to my rosewater facial spray. Mainly 8-10%. It dissolves IMMEDIATELY. It has caused no burns or irritations on any part of my face and neck & absorbs into the skin with no residue. Very satisfied and will update my review as time goes on.

This powder form of vitamin B3 dissolves easily in water and it works effectively for my needs. The taste is okay.

I have bought this as an added ingredient to put in a face cream formulation I have made. It dissolves straight away and well, we all know the benefits of this hero ingredient! 100% recommend!

The product itself is great & quick delivery. The reason for only 3 stars is as others have said , the difficulty in measuring the correct dose. I use micro scales, but have still had issues & this also makes it a bit of a faff to use & measure out accurately every day, more than the saving is worth in my opinion Overdose / high doses of niacin are very dangerous and this is why it is of a concern to me as a medical professional. So overall yes it is a great product at a great price, But it really should come with a safer dosing mechanism. I’ve seen the response from the company saying they can’t provide a scoop due to the low dose size and the advice re not taking too much they put in the descriptions and so they are being responsible with the product, but the fact that they know & say this in my opinion makes it even more unfortunate that they do not provide any kind of measure. They put the responsibility in the user, and some users will not understand the dangers. This is one product where it is worth paying the difference for either a premeasured capsule or at least a product with an accurate dosing measure included. It’s an easy fix

Great to find Niacinamide in the pure powder form. I have also bought Taurine powder from Peak Supps as I prefer to mix the powders into shakes. I don't digest pills well at all (due to the silica, gums & other excipients) so really pleased to just find the active ingredient at a reasonable price. The dropdown box to select quantity is also an appreciated feature so I'm not paying for vast quantities of a supplement (as some vendors make you do) when I only need a few grams. I would certainly order from Peak Supps again as they ticked all the boxes here.
