Q: It says its collapable for easy storage, dose that mean you have to removw the wheels or anything or just fold it down?

Just take the bag out and fold it up flat then the trolley can be folded with the wheels still on.

Q: What are the dimensions please as the description says 11.5 cm. ?

this is totally wrong dimensions i measured the cage as 14 inches across and the inside of the bag is 16 inches from corner to corner ,i hope this helps
