Would recommend
Really helps, haven't had anymore pain since use. Pain caused from wearing wellies for long periods. Only downfall is the adhesive did not work well, so just glued them on to removable soles which solved problem really well.

Not good for high instep
These was not suitable for my high instep, not enough support at all. However they was alright for my elderly mother.

Love it my arches ached for a bit
Love it my arches ached for a bit. Due to the pressure of the gel. But after a few days I was used to it. The aching of my feet is gone.I have really flat feet FYI.The glue isn't that great though

They fit well under the arches without taking up too much space in the rest of the show. comfortable and flexible.
