Overall an average cupping system. The smallest cup in the package doesn’t have suction properly. Larger cups are average for an overall reduction in cellulite appearance.

Love this set! Big cup I use for cellulite on the back of my legs and the two smallest ones I use for my face. I use coconut oil in the morning before washing my face and just give it a morning massage with the cups and the oil. Definitely wakes me and my face up. I can see it plump up immediately. I will update my review after long term use. I am an aesthetician and the logic behind the product use makes sense. You have to be consistent with it though. Just like anything with skincare.
