Works well. I have tried a lot of different types, including Orivelle pen applicators. Kerasel seems to work the best, for me at least, and my issue. I had yellowing big toe , and slightly other toe nails, I believe from sweating and not ever getting sun. The nails are gradually getting there, and look almost clear and healthy! It has taken 3 months of consistent use, but it’s obviously working well. It says it might take 6 months of use to heal your nails. This is working and the yellow is almost all gone! If you have yellow nails and want it gone, use this twice a day until it’s gone!

The product does exactly what you need if you have fungal infection, but the product doesn't work by itself, you need to clean apply the kerasal, let it dry then apply a fungal cream on the top of the nail like terbinafine so the soft porous nail can absorb the antifungal faster. Over 1 week you will start to notice how your tick nail starts to get thin and normal

Works fairly well. My toe nail was a mess after foot surgery. This helped some. Could not expect a miracle.

Helps with appearance. Not sure it did much to get rid of the fungus
