This cleansing balm is so good and gentle don’t make skin dry and removes makeup and dirt very easily it is non sticky and lightweight

Quite good but it not spreading all over your face it is like a vaseline petroleum gel . I won't buy this next time because it taking more than 5 mins to clean up . I'm giving only 4 star because this is non comedogenic you can use without patch test itself. No fragrance

This was my first time using a cleansing balm product. I wanted to try this out as I use a silicon-based sunscreen and thought it'd be a deeper cleanse than just double-cleansing with a regular cleanser. The product is lightweight and has a light scent to it and is easy to work into the skin and lather off. I noticed that in the first few days of using this product (I used it in the evenings) my skin had this beautiful glow the next day - which was great. However, as a person with acne-prone skin who hadn't had a breakout in a long time, this triggered 3 cystic acne spots after about a week of use. I want to try it again in the future, but for now, I think it just didn't work for me. I have read about other people with acne-prone skin using it with no problems, though - so see if you could test it out.

Works like magic. Remove makeup effortlessly. Lightweight and makes your face feel fresh. Worth the price! Just a downside if you don't use the product for long time then the oil gets separated so always shake the bottle and rub the balm between fingers to apply so that it melts before applying. No fragrance.

This balm takes off every bit of my eye makeup without rubbing or stinging. I just massage a small amount and everything melts off—even kajal and waterproof liner. Skin feels soft and calm afterward. Lost one star because it doesn’t come with a spatula, but otherwise, 10/10!

It does cleared everything but not suitable for eye makeup removal. It creates irritation and burn when it comes to eyes. For rest of the face, it is perfect for the price point.
