Not horrible; not great.
The size and weight are perfect!!! There’s plenty of space for a 3-6 day trip. It’s not bulky or heavy and it’s easy to maneuver. I haven’t filled it yet but while it’s empty, it rolls like butter on my shaggy rug. Their standard sized duffle bag fits nicely across the top.. colors match well. I only gave 4 stars because I can already tell it’s not going to last long. The material isn’t durable at all and it “bruises” easily. I would NOT check this bag.. it would not make it. It probably wouldn’t last long over rough terrain either (especially if it’s over packed). This would be best for quick and close trips.. nothing with flying or strenuous movement. If you need durability, their hardcase spinner is phenomenal. I have it in the 28 inch but wanted something smaller (I should’ve spent the extra $100). You can definitely see the value in the difference in pricing. I’m not returning it but I’m also not “in love” with it.

Damaged & Beat up. Wheel broke off & missing on very first use!
Ok not totally sure if this damage was a result poor quality of the luggage OR the usual wear & tear of checked luggage… but only got one use. Admittedly this was an international trip and who knows maybe baggage handling is more gnarly? Got lots of complaints with the red but now I’m back home into the bin it goes!! Amazon Return date has passed. Didn’t buy any extra warranty so looks like I’m SOL!

Haven't traveled yet but package has been awesome!Very roomy for the size, was very surprised, worth the price, will see how it holds up, very happy.

Easily dented - handle broke first trip
Took a trip and first time out the corner dented profusely and the handle that pulls up in order to drag the suitcase with wheels behind you broke making it unserviceable. I really had high hopes for this suitcase but it is not built to last.

Terrible quality
I bought this suitcase to travel to Argentina and after my first flight , I went to the baggage claim to pick up my bag and my wheel was popped off and bag cracked

Quality
Although i haven’t put this to the test yet, i am very happy with this purchase! It is sturdy and durable from what i can see. Quality is great. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it wasn’t cheap and the shipping took longe than anticipated!
