Basically you get what you pay for. **Q: What float rubbers are best for these floats** A: Float rubbers are a bit old school attach by threading line through bottom ring and use a grippa stop on each side to lock the float at your chosen depth **Q: What size shot should i use cos they keep sinking** A: These floats are self-cocking (they will stand up on their own) due to the small brass collars on the base of each float. However, they stand quite high in the water, which is ok for larger fish or windy days with high ripples. If you want a more sensitive level, just put a small weight on your line & test it (you may need a couple of small shot to get it to sit where you want it). Hope this helps ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good inexpensive floats *by M***K on 7 August 2026* Good selection at a decent price.
