I bought these for my husband who would get up in the middle of the night every few hours to use the bathroom. He started taking these pills and almost immediately he was able to either get up only once during the middle of the night or actually sleep through the night. Both of us are sleeping better. I will keep ordering these for him as long as they are working. They actually have worked better than the pharmaceuticals that he has been using.

I think this product is definitely working but leg muscles starting hurting after a few weeks on it and I'm just wondering if it is increasing the effects of the statin Lipitor that I take?

I first start purchasing this product over a decade ago. The doctor was giving me Celebrex. I read about studies on the effectiveness of the pollen extract in properly conducted studies. The use of this product turned a noticeable problem into a minor annoyance.I recommended this product to several friends. It did not work for all of them. This does not mean the product is ineffective.you need to use this for at least three months before expecting a noticeable change.

A friend told me about this becasue it was recommended by his Dr. It has apparently been a big help to my friend. However I've been taking it faithfully for about 2 1/2 months now and have not experienced any relief so far. So while it may be effective for some, it was not effective for me. I will finish my second supply, but will not purchase this product any more unless it begins to make a difference.

Graminex always have the best products. They do not add everything possible to their product in order to try and get yo to buy it. results are good.

Works great for relieving symptoms of BPH. I had good luck previously with the Pure Encapsulations ProstaFlo also. PollenAid works just as well, for a lot less money. The PollenAid capsules are quite a bit larger, so if that's an issue you may want to check out the PollenAid tablets (200 in a bottle) or the Pure Encapsulations capsules instead. I have since found the PollenAid 200 tablet bottle less expensively on iHerb. I recommend starting with one capsule (or tablet) a day and only taking more if you need to. I've been taking these for years and have always had success taking less than the bottle recommends.

Did not notice a significant difference after use. I believe there are better products out there, at other health food stores.

I started supplementing when this product was known as Cernilton and made in Sweden. At the time ( my mid-thirties )it cost almost three times what it costs today and I used it sparingly. Now, I am 56 and am working very hard to re-invent myself financially - I am just barely ably to keep up with guys who are 30 years younger - only because of this food supplement! If I told you what I think it does you would not believe me. I do not exaggerate when I say that I am working 65 to 95 hours a week, usually 7 days a week in a very physically demanding industry. As the money I make is slamming - I can afford to to use two to three times the recommended dosage. I can not say whether there is any benefit to my prostate since I am not aware of any difficulty or inconvenience. Take it for several weeks, then stop and see if there is any difference. I predict that eleven out of twelve of you will be impressed.
