Natures Best are a good reliable source of Vitamins. I usually buy them direct but with postage factored in it was better to buy from Amazon when you have Prime.

These do not give you fishy burps no problems at all A bit large but absolutely no problems swallowing . Very good firm to deal with good customer service The packaging is always good -The free second class delivery can be quite quick ! The tubs are really useful size to reuse when empty ! Get their monthly brochure you sometimes get £3 money off order voucher with one ( actual cash value no product specified - use as wish )

Not sure if they are that good as they say about themselves , but if they're not , they work as a placebo 😅 slightly overpriced for what it is, surly you can get cheaper version from some HS shops
