So far I love everything about my new heating pad. 💆‍♀️🤤 It fits around my neck perfectly. I use the second snap. After all I read here about the neck being too tight, I am pleased to say that I have room to spare around my neck and shoulders. I worried because I'm 5'3", 230 lb. I am very sensitive about anything tight around my neck. I get claustrophobic. My neck measures @15". I'm happy to say, this heating pad has not caused me to panic in the least. This is pure luxury. My neck and shoulders have been up around my ears with tight awful tension. I have a couple of neck vertebrae that are disintegrating from age and TMJ muscle tightness. I can feel my muscles relax including in my left arm and leg. Pretty good for a neck and shoulders heating pad. If only this had a panel of heat that extends down the lower back with a waist tie. That would be even better. If you have horrible muscle tension, TMJ pain, headache, try this out. This is the best thing I've tried in years. Highly recommend it.

Great heating pad. Love the fact that you can rest it over your shoulders and stays put. It gives out decent heat. I wouldn't use it on high. Too hot. It also has a nice long cord which I appreciate Would purchase again

This heating pad works great for my sore neck. I like that this heating pad stays on even if I don't snap it up. The weight does not feel too heavy but is is the right amount to stay on. The remote is very easy to use and I like that it has a timer. I ordered the color green and the size for me was good.

I received my heating pad yesterday. We were on vacation and out of town when I developed a nasty muscle spasm in my neck which caused pain in my neck and right shoulder and down my upper arm. I made a physician's appt. for when we returned home, but was VERY uncomfortable in the meantime. I took anti-inflammatory over the counter medicines, and topical lotions, but received no relief. I tried using my rectangular heating pad to ease the pain, but to no avail. Finally my sister suggested I try one of these neck and shoulder heating pads, and it did the trick! I definitely recommend it to ANYONE with neck or shoulder tension or pain. It really helps...

Just what I wanted. I've had 3 neck surgeries. This heating pad relieves much of my pain. I like having choices of heat settings. It is a comfortable weight. I also like the soft fabric. Having a timer is an added bonus!

It heated well, but it pulled tight and just wasn't comfortable.
