Will this fit st205-75r15 tires?

Yes absolutely. My spare tire is 265/70 17 and it fit perfectly according to the right measure.

I have 33x 12.50r17 tires. Which size should i order?

I bought Medium 27”-29” diameter tires are 225/75/15

Should i order next size up if tires size it at upper limit? based on calculation my tire is 68.5cm, should i order a 14 or a 15?

Honestly the one I got was to the size of the tire and still had room, actually a bit baggy but not too baggy compared to what I thought it might had been but works well and serves the purpose.
