Great concept, bad execution because the rope is thinner than a standard rope
The concept behind this rope pull gym attachment is well thought out. It’s just not executed properly.I have big hands and I’m used to the standard sized large pull rope attachments. The rope in the pull is about 1/4 thinner than a standard gym rope. The left hand photo of the rope pull is when it was brand new. The other rope pull photo on the far right is after 10 hours use at the gym. The rope is compressing in size at the attachment point. The reason I bought this was rope was due to very arthritic little fingers. I dislocated each little finger twice over a 40 year period of playing goal in ice hockey and I sliced left hand little finger open a few times.See the photo. My right hand little finger looks exactly the same.On certain gym machines with moderate to heavy weigh, the standard ropes with hard plastic ends hurt my little fingers - a lot. This new rope helps solve that issue, but the small diameter doesn’t feel right. The rope is also shrinking a bit with use.I’ll keep it because it does help my arthritis issue. But for the premium price, the manufacturer should have made the rope a full-sized diameter.

This thing is a game changer!
I've been having trouble the last year or so with golfer/tennis elbow while working out, especially when doing bicep curls. Got so bad that I was having to take a week or two off to allow the tendons to heal. I've tried a number of tricks, and understood the issue was being caused by the strain on my hand grip. I tried lifting hooks, but they were uncomfortable and didn't help at all. So I found this attachment, and immediately I saw an improvement. Was able to do full sets of bicep curls with ZERO pain. 2 days out and still no problems. Very comfortable and this thing really holds onto the wrists and allows most of the weight to be directed to the muscles being targeted. Can't believe it took this long to find.Very happy with my purchase! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having the same issues.

Great pull down rope
I purchased this rope during the Amazon Prime sale, as I had been waiting for it to go on sale. I ordered the black and it arrived it a well wrapped package. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for my needs. The rope has to be springy in order for them to knit (construct) it so that it has the open ends. Unfortunately if you are trying to push down ridiculously heavy weight, then it really stretches. However, if you are a personal trainer and want something that is extremely comfortable and does not hurt your hands or wrists while you or your client are using normal weight and focusing on form, then this would be the rope you would want.

Bag eaten by mice?
The product (cable accessory) looked fine but the bag it came in looked like it had been eaten by mice. The holes were not just torn, there was material missing like it had began chewed. It was also dirty and it came in a sealed plastic bag which also had holes in it. So clearly no quality control here.

Good product for what it is, but physics is physics....
So the product is as advertised, well made, etc. I bought white version - but just realized it will probably show dirt much easier - not sure why black version is so much more expensive.Be aware that for higher weight putting your hand through the loop will hurt - at least it hurt mine. The plus is that you dont have to grip it as hard, but the minus is that the pressure on the side of your palm can be very uncomfortable and often painful.Wrapping it around your wrist as shown in the pictures, i found, cuts circulation to your hand. When i was done with my set, i felt my hand was numb from lack of circulation. So probably best used for lower weights ( < 30 lbs maybe).
