This little torch has served me well, I drive for a living and that means early starts so a good torch is a must for checking your vehicle for any faults in the morning when it is still dark. The light from this is great and if you want to see in the distance you can alter the beam so it reaches around 50 ft away, very easy to charge the reusable battery and you can always have standard batteries for back up.The torch is built very solid and mine has been dropped onto concrete/metal several times and the only damage has been some paint chipping on the top.The rechargeable battery last very long after a full charge I get weeks out of mine
