I brought one of these last year and after using it for only the third time the weld has broken and the handle has snapped off. Is there any guarantee

Hi, the product gas a one year guarantee but if it was mine I'd take it to a local garage and get them to weld it back on for you. It should cost no more than a fiver. Trying to send it back for a replacement and all the hassle maybe it's not worth the effort.

In the pictures you show 2 different breakers one with out a cross bar and one with ?? Which one is being sold.

The one that I have is identical to 2nd picture. Long handled. Brilliant product.

What is the difference between this one and Rou64644 please?

I would probably say not a lot it may be the claw size is different

would this be suitable to lift roots such as rose bushes as I cannot shift them using a fork

It’s very strong and highly effective at lifting floorboards, I’m very pleased with it. As for shrub roots...why not? But it’s all to do with leverage, so you’d need to put a block of wood under the levering point I guess...must be cheaper solutions though...
