I did worry about spending so much on a shampoo but in comparison with some more well-known brands, for the amount you use (a little really does go a long, long way), it would be comparable or cheaper in price. On the first use I thought that the shampoo felt very different from any other shampoo I've ever used, in that it made my hair feel odd when I was lathering it, but after rinsing it off and drying my hair...WOW!.. what a difference! My hair was shiny and soft and my scalp wasn't anywhere near as itchy as it had been. After a week of use I have hardly any dandruff and my hair looks fantastic, even to the extent that people have been commenting on how healthy and shiny my hair looks! Being nasty-chemical-free and 92% organic makes it even more attractive to me. I absolutely love this product and use it with the conditioner and shower gel every day! I find it really cleans my scalp and helps to keep my hair from becoming greasy. I have slightly mad curly, very fine hair and have really struggled to find shampoo that doesn't leave the ends of my hair parched and the roots greasy. The only issue is for me is that the conditioners aren't very good so it dimishes the shampoo slightly because without conditioner this shampoo does leave my hair VERY tangled.
