diet plate/bowl
have been using my diet plate and bowl now since receiving them. verdict: brilliant. just the thing if you are trying to lose weight as they take all the guess work out of it. have now realised that although i was careful about what i ate - my portions were really too big. you can use the plate just to measure the portions then transfer onto another plate so that you don't 'stand out' as different at the table. recommend? yes i would.

Buy the male plate it's cheaper and exactly the same
This plate is no different to the Male plate. The size is the same the portions are the same only difference being the colour of the wording and male female symbol. Disgusted you have to pay so much more for the female version when it is not any different

Too bulky!
The plate does indeed measure out your portions, and for that it gets three stars.Where it loses two stars is the size, and waste of space. This plate is so big it son't fit in with my other plates and won't fit easily in my dishwasher. There is a wide rim which serves no purpose at all!The second reason is the booklet, a large proportion of which is dedicated to parting you from your money. Want to join their expensive website? I think I like it !
Excellent service. Delivery very prompt. I think I will get used to the plate and hopefully it will help me to lose those last few pounds that I'm having trouble shifting. I do think the plate is rather pricey, but it is heavy and good quality.

Ideal for weight loss
This plate, which is beautifully crafted, is perfect for easy measuring portion sizes. It works with the Diet Plate Cereal bowl to help in controlling how much you eat. The accompanying booklet is very helpful, but the plate itself is clearly marked and easy to use. If you are looking for portion control to achieve weight loss, it is ideal.

Had it for a year and then this happened.
Solid plate and easy to follow guide. The plate came with a leaflet. I don't use this plate every day but it has helped me understand portions sizes and that makes it an invaluable tool.After a years usage sadly the plate has developed cracks in the glaze. It is a shame that such a good product has been let down by this. The rim and the back of the plate has not been affected.
