It takes about 2 hours to melt And you need to buy another 2 blocks (use 3) which I think they know this but you need 3 or more to cover the hand and wrist. It is very hot even when you've turned it down to cool and you have to keep dipping and extracting your hand numerous times to get wax on the hands to deal with leaving in a little longer. No patience gets burnt hands.
