I can’t hear anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Put in with the ear buds facing forwards, not backwards as they look like they should go. Also there's a little hole where the tube meets the head....twist it here until it clicks to switch between using the larger side or the smaller side depending on if the person is a child/adult or depending on listening to heart/lungs.

How do you get the engraving done?

Is the colour matte rose gold or glossy rose gold? On the mdf website theyre 2 different colours but you have pictures of both on the black/rose gold

I have absolutely no idea. Mine is black and teal, not black and rose gold. If it's any use to you, the teal is metallic rather than just matte in finish, but I haven't a clue about rose gold. I would just have to say though that the sound quality is really good - surprisingly so considering it's cheaper than a Littman, but I personally found it better.
