On a recent visit to the hygienist she said there had a been a noticeable and positive change in my gums and teeth and was very impressed. I have since recommended these to lots of people who have all gone on to buy them. I don't eat breakfast so have one after lunch and one after dinner and then maybe one or two during the day to stop me snacking. Good value for money too compared to the smaller packets of a different brand I was buying in the health food shop.

Nice flavour, puts my mind at ease that it’s healthy for my mouth.

I have tried a variety of the healthy alternatives and for me, this one has the most silimar texture to the standard gum. It does help with fresh breath and keeps it's texture when chewing. The taste is very pleasant and fresh. The one downside is the expected reduced longevity of the taste, which is the case for basically all of the healthy gum alternatives, however this is one of the best. The container itself is also easy to open and close.

I previously had the cinnamon flavour gum and it was so good I decided to try the peppermint. It is nowhere near as nice. No peppermint oil on ingrediants listed on the pack and has an unpleasant taste. Doesn't last nearly as long as the cinnamon did. I wil stick with the cinnamon!

Very juicy and long taste chewing gum .Nice cinnamon flavour and without aspartame !after chewing you feel ,that you mouth is fresh.

The cinnamon flavour is very, very strong initially. Chewing gum is quite good after the taste wears off. But because of the strong taste, I can only have a couple every day. Perhaps I will try the other flavours once I have finished these.
