Good Cables
I bought two of these (0.5m version) they seem to be well made with a high quality look and feel, a bit chunkier than Apples own, they've both been tested and work well, charge and sync as they should. Lets face it everyone, Lightning cables are consumables, they don't last forever and really need to be treated with a bit of care if at all possible, but they do get trodden on, ripped out of the wall/USB/device itself, machine washed, and of course just plain worn out, etc, etc...The only way to go I think is to buy Apples own or an Apple Certified product like this one. If you look on the Apple Store at their £15, 0.5m cable, there are 59 reviews with 43 of them being 1 star (bad) a quality control issue maybe? I did buy a cheap Lightning cable here on Amazon (Marketplace) a little while ago, it worked but the fitting was so tight that I thought it would do damage, so I only used it once, then it went in the bin, lesson learned...So, we make our choice and pay our money, my two cables are great so far and with a significant saving over the 'genuine' Apple version. They will get a lot of use and I will update my review if any issues arise.

Good but be careful with some cases.
Works fine with my iPhone 5s, however with some cases the plastic plug is too big to fit through the case to the socket so it cannot be plugged in. It does seem noticeably bigger than the Apple supplied leads and some others I have.

Really poor quality only lasted a week of light use before breaking, avoid!

Perhaps my iPad is too fussy?
Works fine on my iPhone 5S but will not charge my iPad at all. Very disappointing as this is not cheap. How ironic that I went to a local apple repairer who supplied some very cheap cables and so I tried one out and it worked perfectly. I really don't understand why the more expensive cable doesn't do the job.
