The media could not be loaded.  Economic chair, build material is average quality. Head rest is more of a hassle as Adjustments are not optimal. Chair height at the lowest position is a bit too high for a short person, feet will not reach the floor. Stitching quality of the cushions not fine, seats are good quality. Hand rest is ok , but not adjustable at all for the chair I got. Back support is ok. Chair tilt is less than expected.

Just spend few more bucks and get a better one.

Liked the product, started working good, useful manual. Simple steps, not much complicated also not so easy. Little bit difficult to fix. Thanks for the tiny tools which helped much.

NO SUPPORT SYSTEMTried calling up the numbers given , but no one's picks up the customer care number, Hydraulic is too loose and is very delicate and once damage no one from support calls or follows up.

The chair is very much comfortable with swinging head rest. Nice swing of back . The base for sitting is very large. Recommended to everyone

Waste of money, received damaged product, do not buy online, not expected from Amazon.Lift up and down is not working... waste of time and money.
