Best straightens every, wouldn't buy any other now, ive got thick, frizzy hair and these make my hair so smooth and silky. 10/10

There’a a gap in the plates that doesn’t fits the thin layer of hair otherwise its better than proluxe straightner.

I like that you can turn temperature down. I can only compare to ghd and the only thing that let's them down is the stiff wire, ghd wire is more rubbery and flexible.

I have curly hair and I love these straighteners ! I would 100 percent recommend these.

Took quite a long time to arrive but very happy with it, it straightens better than GHDs by far! and it really does leave the hair silky and glossy, I am very prone to frizz, but these straighteners tame my hair perfectly they are also sooo beautiful, I love the floral pattern and the bright LCD screen, they heat up almost instantly and the heat is even, they don't snag or pull at my hair. I would recommend using a good heat protector spray as they do get very hot, but other than that they have caused no damage to previously bleached and coloured hair. very impressed and I would recommend these to anyone! They come with a supplied adapter I guess they are cheap because they are not made in the UK but are German, this doesn't bother me in the slightest, it does not affect the use of them in any way. After buying a couple for my wife which developed faults, I came across this at a good price and decided to buy it for her. She says they're the best she's used. They straighten without leaving a frizz, the ability to change the temperature has come really handy too. The carry case it comes with is an added bonus as no more burning carpets! Overall recommend if you're looking for a decent pair or a present for someone.

It should be clearly stated on the description, that this item comes with a European Plug. Disappointing especially as it is sold in the UK where clearly we use a 3 pin plug.

I searched the market (expensive and reasonable priced brands) for the best combination of (price and performace, and quality). This was the one that won the best reviews for me, in the products' rating websites. I was very patient in looking around but did not find any exellent reviewed product with this price, I finally bought it, and it is just perfect, and I am VERY HAPPY with my successful purchase!! Even the polish socket that other people complained about, has been solved with a UK adaptor that comes with product, perfectly fixed on top of the polish one. Sweet!

Hallo ihr Lieben, da ich mir vor kurzem das Remington S6500 - Sleek and Curl bestellt hatte, und mich dieses wegen des superheißen Gehäuses (und meiner verbrannten Handfläche) nicht überzeugt hat, habe ich mich dann nochmal auf die Suche nach einem guten Glätteisen begeben. In der engeren Wahl waren dann der GHD, der Braun Satin Hair 7 und das Remington Pearl. Da ich nicht scharf drauf war fast 200 € in ein GHD zu investieren, obwohl ich davon schon sehr begeistert war [meine beste Freundin besitzt eins und lässt mich nur zu oft damit herumspielen ;) ] sondern eher ein vergleichbares Modell finden wollte, fiel das GHD schonmal aus der Auswahl raus. Und das Braun hatte ich mir schon vorher im MediaMarkt angesehen, wobei mir dann aufgefallen war, dass es sehr schwer in der Hand lag. Und da ich Remington aufgrund der letzten (leider schlechten) Erfahrung nicht aufgeben wollte, habe ich mich dann für das Pearl entschlossen. Der Preis kann vielleicht für einige abschreckend sein, aber nach meinem ersten 20€ Glätteisen vom Media Markt (Vidal Sassoon) wollte ich dann doch in eine etwas höhere Preisklasse aufsteigen. Heute kam das Gerät an, und ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Selbst das auspacken hat mir viel Freude bereitet! Die Verpackung ist ansprechend gestaltet. Das Glätteisen liegt in einer Plastikverpackung, die wiederum in einem schwarzen Klappkarton aus Wellpappe umwickelt ist. Darin enthalten ist dann eine hitzebeständige Tasche, die aus 2 Teilen besteht (einmal die eigentliche Hülle dieser Tasche, die Hitzepad/Ablagefläche während des Stylens benutzt werden kann, und dann noch eine schmalere Tasche, die extra für das Glätteisen bestimmt ist. Diese kann dann an die Hülle geklippt werden. Braucht man das Pad z.B. beim Verreisen nicht, klippt man die Aufbewahrungstasche einfach ab und verstaut darin sein Glätteisen sicher und platzsparend!). Die Tasche hat eine in meinen Augen sehr schöne Farbe: eine rosa-silber-taupe Mischung, mit Remington-Aufdruck neben der Schließe. Dann gibt es noch eine Bedienungsanleitung, und bei mir war dann auch noch eine Gratis-Probe des Hitze-Fluids von Gard dabei, was mich natürlich sehr gefreut hat. Das Design ist jetzt Geschmackssache (kann mich noch nicht so recht mit dieser weiß/perlmutt-farbigen Oberfläche und den Blumenverzierungen anfreunden), aber mir ist Qualität das wichtigere Kriterium. Da ich mir mit dem vorherigen Testgerät ganz stark die Handfläche verbrannt hatte, ging ich also behutsam an die Sache ran. Meine Haare sind eher fein bis normal, als stellte ich das Gerät erstmal auf 180° ein. Dazu einfach den Power-Knopf drücken, und mit + / - die Temperatur regulieren. Wer es besonders schnell haben möchte, muss einfach ca. 2 sec die + Taste gedrückt halten, und schon schaltet der Turbo Boost auf 235°! Dann die ' Taste ca. 2 sec gedrückt halten, und die Tastensperre richtet sich ein. Eine super Funktion, für diejenigen, die beim Styling ständig ausversehen mit den Fingern die Temperatur verändern! Kaum hatte ich also angefangen mir die Haare zu kämmen, hörte ich dann auch schon ein piepsen. Das Gerät war in weniger als 15 Sekunden aufgeheizt! Ich war positiv überrascht. Und das Glätten erst. Das ging so einfach! Ich musste jede Strähne nur einmal durchziehen. Und es gab kein ziepen, sondern die Haare glitten ganz sanft durch die Platten. Selbst als ich die Temperatur dann auf 150° herunter drehte. Ich wurde immer begeisterter von diesem Gerät. Natürlich habe ich dann auch gleich ein paar Locken versucht, was auch wunderbar geklappt hat. Selbst als ich dann versucht habe, die gerade eben erzeugten Locken sofort wieder auszuglätten, war ich positiv überrascht, da es in nur 2 Zügen hervorragend schnell ging! Ich war begeistert! Mit dem Glätten war ich dann nach 10 Minuten (bei schulterlangen Haaren) fertig, sichtlich zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Das Gehäuse wird ebenfalls nicht heiß, und das Gerät liegt einfach super in der Hand. Am Gehäuseende befinden sich 2 kleine Einschnitte, wodurch man leichter mit 2 Händen stylen kann, wenn man mit Daumen und Zeigefinger der anderen Hand versucht das Gerät zuzudrücken. Fazit: Ich bin begeistert von diesem Gerät und denke, dass es für alle, die nicht gleich 200€ für ein GHD ausgeben wollen ein tolles Vergleichsgerät ist!

la piastra è veramente ottima! a dirla tutta, pur avendo letto diverse recensioni, l'ho comprata senza mi fossero spariti i dubbi...e invece. Comprata ieri sera, mi è arrivata oggi pomeriggio...il tempo di fare lo shampoo e asciugare i capelli e l'ho utilizzata...amore a prima vista. Puntualizzo giusto alcune cose, così da rendere l'idea: 1) ho i capelli abbastanza lunghi che una volta asciugati tendono a gonfiarsi ed essere crespi. 2) ho usato solo shampoo & balsamo (niente protezione, creme, gocce, etc.). 3) li ho asciugati aiutandomi con una spazzola passandola però solo sopra giusto per pettinarli ( non dalla radice alla punta come fanno i parrucchieri quando stirano i capelli con la spazzola tonda) 4) ho provato man mano le varie temperature a partire da quella più bassa per capire quale fosse quella più giusta per me e con mia grande sorpresa già i 200° vanno molto bene. 5) è ottima anche per fare i capelli mossi, io non sono molto pratica a riguardo (non ancora... ma questa piastra mi fa venir la voglia) e quindi li ho stirati tutti e fatto le onde solo ai capelli che incorniciano il viso. Concludendo: sono più che soddisfatta, il filo lungo e girevole è una comodità, esteticamente è molto bella, è facilmente utilizzabile da tutti, da la possibilità di avere i capelli lisci ma da un effetto brillante e naturale, oppure mossi, o ancora a spaghetto stirandoli alla massima temperatura A chi ha i capelli già tendenti al liscio, consiglio di usare una temperatura bassa (è riportato anche sul libretto di istruzioni)
