Broken seal!
Received a tub that was already opened with safety seal broken, no option to return ? Is it safe to consume? - could have been a good review with a new unopened item or replacement

Not bad but be careful for sides
These worked well initially...could feel an uptick in mood and a bit more libido. Nothing wow, but noticeable. I did cycle two weeks on, one week off. But second cycle just started feeling a bit jittery, especially on busy days. It can overactivate your stress response in your brain so I'd be careful if you're prone to anxiety. On balance, just wasn't worth me taking as not as calm as I'd like to be. Everyone's biochemistry is so different, so you might be fine on it.
