Thanks** A: I think the clear gel works great **Q: Does this deodorant really block the odor?** A: Yes. I used Secret original powder scent for years. When I was pregnant, I had to switch to clinical strength for a few months. As I've gotten older, the original wasn't as effective for me anymore. I have sensitive skin, so I was leary to try anything else. Gave the Outlast a chance, and never looked back. I wouldn't go a full 48 hours without it as it suggests you can, but it is easy more effective than the original.
