Nice n easy
Handy for working out away from the public, light weight but durable and so far no issues! Happy to recommend for anyone not looking to go OTT with a skipping rope!

It's alright
I don't want to be too harsh on this brand as I like their other products, however this one isn't the best for me. By all means not terrible, but I'm not a big fan generally of the mechanisms it has for the cables. It's come loose quite a few times when I started getting quite advance with tricks. Do expect the thin cable to not have a crazy long lifespan if you are using it outside on concrete, should be fine indoors at gym I'd imagine though.Handle is quite nice to be fair, thin, strong, light in weight

Not bad not great
First off the skipping rope looks premium, the silver handles loom and feel great and have a nice weight to them. The supplied rope is also good quality. The bearings aren't as smooth as I'd like though, they catch on the way round on both sides which upsets the rhythm.Overall, not too bad.

SPEEDY jump rope with SMOOTH, swift rotation...
This is pretty cool, I don’t have another jump rope like it. The rope looks like a thin cord but it’s actually coated metal wire so it’s strong and very resilient; the handles are aluminium with a sleek, slim shape and they’re attached to ball bearings meaning you get very smooth and swift rotation as you swivel the handles. The handles also have a subtle texture along the surface which I think helps provide a non-slip grip. You can adjust the length of the rope by unscrewing the ends and moving the screw down to the length you want. If you want the rope a lot shorter, presumably you could also cut the rope down to your desired length (I haven't tried this) but obviously this is permanent and you can’t fix it if you cut the rope too short.I like it, it's exactly what I expected it to be and very much feels like a high quality fitness essential. Great for bursts of cardio during a HIIT session.

Great speed rope
This Senshi Japan Skipping Rope Speed Skipping Rope is a great product:o Handles are aluminium, very lightweight, and well made.o Handles robust; gnarling makes for a good grip; nice etched (but discreet) brand name on the smooth part of handle.o The bearings are very smooth and have pretty low friction.o There is an articulating bead which the rope runs through (see photo) giving more smooth running to the rope (instead of holding it at a fixed angle to the handle).o Rope is thin with a metal core.o Length easy to adjust without tools using the thumb screws. Also you can leave a bit of spare length in case you want to lengthen it a bit later.o Price (just short of 10 uk at review time) seems very good to me given the quality. Happy to recommend.

Speedy speedy skipping
These have solid metal handles and ball bearings at the end with a loop for the wire to feed through. You can adjust the length of the wire with a stop screw. The handles feel solid and comfortable in the hand the bearings spin smoothly making this very easy to use. The wire is nylon coated to prevent any rough edges but it does still sting if you catch your shins.Even the lazyest of gym routines could easily use this and offer some competition for pairs working out together. It wasn't long before the mrs and i were in competition to see who could get the most rotations in 60 seconds. Spoiler - she won
