Fixed my CDs
This item worked great! I had a few CDs that were skipping or repeating. One, I had tried polishing myself but ended up making the entire CD unreadable. This system fixed the CD and it is now playable. Perform each step: buff, repair, clean, changing the pads for each step and adding drops for repair and clean. Make sure to hold the power button for 3 seconds to start the repair mode. The buff and clean modes are just a quick press of the power button. It is a bit noisy, but hey, so are a lot of useful appliances. That shouldn't be a reason not to buy this.

Great Product! Works wonders!
Great Product, feels premium and durable for what it is. Itโs Easy to use and learn. It fixed an expensive GameCube game I couldnโt get to work with several other methods. 100% worth the value. Make sure to follow directions and make sure to hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start repair mode when using the yellow pads.

Sure, why not. Might as well learn something
In my opinion, worth the $50. I have made 25 un-readable discs readable again so far and have 20 more games and 250 movies to keep doing. Could it be better? Sure, but it works and it was cheaper than some other options. No, it won't take the crease out of a disc, yes I tired. But it will take gross, unreadable scratches out. Is it noisy? Yes, put it on something soft and put a pillow or blanket over (it helps, dont push on the cover!). Does it leave fine scratches? Yes, but the more you buff and clean, the better it will look. Worked on my gamecube games (the small disc), wii games, xbox 360 games, and regular dad's (I haven't tried blueray). Follow the directions and make sure to buff at least twice before using the cleaning step (I found it to read a bit better). Be patient, it's science, not magic. I think that it would be more worth the $50 is if they sent 2 more of each pad and an extra bottle of each solution. I would recommend this over paying $10 per disc at the local game store

Good in theory, but garbage product
Lightweight, cheap plastic. The motor is VERY LOUD. doesn't have enough pressure to actually do anything to the surface of the disc. I tested by just putting a fingerprint smudge on a clean, scratch free disc and running it thru all 3 cycles. At the end, the fingerprint was still there and the disc actually looked dirtier. tried again with replacement pads and still nothing. Buy something else.

Great budget repair
This gave life back to my old PSX games. As a youth I didnt think to put games back in their cases, so alot of them were pretty scuffed up. As long as you follow the directions it does a fantastic job buffing out the Disc. It does not get rid of deep scratches, but it works well enough to get them readable again.

Probably didn't help my cause in this case (movies with mfg. defects)
I had this particularly stubborn disc, I mean, could you imagine how many times I tried to repair a Scooby-Doo movie? Especially this bad section around 58 minutes in, where the layer break occurs, and none of my drives could read it. And now I find out that this repair kit is not in stock anymore, so ... whoops? I wonder if I missed a step somewhere because the buffing pad is what generates the swirl patterns first, then you have to get the repair pad and fluid, and the cleaning pads and cleaner after that. But with the number of times that I tried to fix this thing, I might as well throw the old copy out and buy a new one instead, and get refills on hand when I need to repair some scratched discs.

It Works!
I had an audio CD with a "milky" looking blotch on it. This was causing lots of skips & errors. Wiping it by hand with a microfiber cloth did nothing. This disc cleaner fixed it very quickly. See attached before vs after pictures.

Very pleased with this setup
Product works amazingly well. Simple to use. I had a very important disc that is part of a set. I dropped the disc and it was damaged to the point it wouldn't even play. I ran it through this product once. It played but had a spot it still skipped at. Ran it through a second time. It played perfectly. Definitely worth having on hand. Thanks for offering a very good product at an affordable price.
